The mural on the side of the Elmwood Inn Fine Teas building was completed in 2018 with the help of Danville High School students and guest artist Dee Craig of the Danville-Carrickfergus Sister Cities Commission. The mural celebrates the social aspects of art, culture and tea drinking, Dewey said.
